Make sure you are in a proper internet browser and not an in-app one like the one Facebook mobile uses. If you are in a in-app browser you can get around this by going to "..." then "Open in external browser".
In the bottom of the calendar click on the "+" symbol on the bottom right or the "Add to Google Calendar" on the bottom left depending on what device you are on.
Cut and paste directly into calendar app subscription settings. See below instructions for subscribing to ICS feeds on iPhone.

Go to Settings > Apps > Calendar
Tap Calendar Accounts > Add Account
Tap Other > Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
Cut and paste the URL of the .ics file to subscribe to
Make sure Remove Alerts is checked
Tap Save
Go to the Calendar app on your Mac
Choose File > New Calendar Subscription
Cut and paste the URL of the .ics file to subscribe to, then click Subscribe
Uncheck Remove Alerts and Remove Attachments
Set the Auto-Refresh to a day or less
Check Ignore alerts
Click OK
None of the events come with notifications, but your own calendar apps defaults can take over. This can lead a to a stream of notifications you don't want to get. Make sure to turn off any local notifications for these calendar's in your own app.
